Community Bridge Builders Golf Tournament

Dear Prospective Sponsor:
On behalf of The Gamma Rho Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization,
in conjunction with Gamma Rho Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity,
Inc., I am writing to solicit your support and participation
in the Fifth Annual Community Bridge Builders Golf Tournament
held on March 12, 2011. Proceeds from this tournament will
be used by the Foundation to support our Community Bridge
Builder Programs: Project Manhood, Talent Hunt and Scholarship
Program.
Because of your continuous interest and service to our community,
we wish to extend to you a personal invitation to actively
support and participate in this year’s tournament. We
also invite your organization to participate as a Sponsor of this very important and worthy event.
Gamma Rho Chapter has continuously provided
service and outreach programs to the community for over forty
years. However, in an effort to broaden the socio-economical
impact on our community, The Gamma Rho Foundation was established
to support and expand our Community Bridge Builder Programs:
Project Manhood, Talent Hunt and Scholarship Program. As a
result, this will make excellent mentoring, outreach programs
and education accessible to all people who desire it. For
these reasons, I hope that we can synergistically work to
build a strong and viable community that will help to inspire
and prepare our youth to pursue excellence in education and
become productive citizens in our community.
